SHERPA is designed for micro (0-9 employees) and small (10-49 employees) businesses, between £250k - £2m turnover, solo entrepreneurs, owner managed or small board of Directors. Not exclusively of course, but it is suited to organisations that don't already have Sales, Marketing or HR departments in place or large boards to unify.

You may even be the lead of a small team or specialist department within a larger firm, responsible for fee earning and performance. We've all experienced the pressure of being the leader, let's bring the team and colleagues along in one shared vision and purpose.
